HR sensor won't stop flashing on Galaxy fit

[Android Central Question]

Recently got the Galaxy fit and it was working fine. Green light wasn't consistently flashing and everything was monitoring well. Suddenly today there was a heart icon on the top of the watch and the band won't stop flashing green on the back.

Currently have the HR setting on: measure every 10 min when still.

I've reset my watch and even removed all widgets from the list, but nothing is making the green light go away. How do I make it stop?
