HTC 10 Ice View Case

Okay, I've been using the knock off case and I don't see the appeal at all. If it showed text messages, I might like it more. Camera was ok I guess.

Good thing I didn't pay $40 for it.

But it does show text messages and every other notification... When the icon is in the circle just swipe up

Pretty much. People love it or hate it really. Dot View was same way.

It sounds like it, the official is like a harder plastic feel. Not rubbery at all. Sliding your finger on the official one is more or less like glass.

I ended up getting that $100 promo so I picked up a genuine Ice View (not that there was much choice at that point - most everything else sold out). Received it today and...what a piece of crap. Honestly, the knock-off is superior in most every way. The only thing arguably preferable about the real one is the rubber used on the front flap (knock-off is rubbery and not smooth). But $10 vs $50 - it's not even close. Had I paid for this is I'd be requesting a refund. .

I have zero complaints with it really. I own 3 of them now all bought when on sale. To each their own.

Something weird happened with my ice view case yesterday. It just stopped working. I just get the phone desktop and apps through the plastic.

Anyone else have that happen and know a fix?
