I have just updates to 2.3
So far seems to work well.
The phone runs a lot smoother and the camera seems faster tho I haven't tried it on me 3 year old daughter yet.
Only issue I've had is Picasa plug in for the gallery kept crashing so I uninstalled it reinstalled it and its fine.
It seems like its a whole new phone and it doesn't seems to slow down while its syncing like it use to.
