Well the ril has been outsourced again hopefully this time its fixed

Its outsourced? I wonder if it will ever be 100% functional. I don't know if ill be able to use it because I just read something saying that Verizon pushed an updated 2.1 firmware update out that might block rooting. The old update was 15 mb and the new one is 69. Guess which one I updated it to yesterday haha. I'm hoping that it is a false rumor but we will see.

Hey Guys, new member here. Been browsing this forum for quite sometime and finally decided to join.

I do have a quick question for you guys. Did any of you experience extreme lag with this ROM? I've installed it with SP recovery and also tried the autorom way and both times it seems like im running my very first pc which was 133mhz lol. I installed set cpu with a lv 1ghz file and still wasn't much of a difference.

So if you guys have any advice that will be awesome!

Whose kernal did you use because I think there was a custom one for this specific rom.

Oh no issue at all at this point if someone says its running slow i pretty much know that's the issue

Also if it starts lagging, use a file manager like astro to browse your SD Card and delete the DiskCacheIndex#####.tmp files. Mine started slowing a little and there were about 10-15 of those files on the sd card. Got rid of them and everything is back smooth again.

Haven't thought about doing that.
On another note playing around I put my phone in the freezer for about 5min to see what would happen.20 min later CPU temp still at 22c

Wtf!!! The g1 has a sense rom now. How the hell does an old outdated phone like the g1 have a good sense rom but we don't. This is ridiculous.

It's using the same chipset as the hero same screen size but we have the odd ball phone which is totally different

It still sucks that it has 2.1 sense when the g1 isn't even listed with a date to get the 2.1 release Haha. I'm hoping we get ours soon.
