HTC Evo 4g Black lines and screen shortage

I recently dropped my phone and shattered the digitizer, i went to a local repair shop and got it fixed, but when i got it back it had various small black lines over the screen and when i was in keyboard mode some buttons wouldn't work, then recently the bottom four buttons on the bottom of the phone, menu, home, back, search, stopped lighting up. Any help or suggestions?

It looks to be more than just a damaged digitizer. When you got it serviced, did it have these black lines and other issues? The black lines could be one of two things: The LCD itself is damaged or just the OS, but you should find out. As for the lights...could be that, when dropped, the LEDs may have broken the solder points on the motherboard, so there's a possibility. My question to you is: Did you really drop it? It looks to have been thrown.
