Now that they passed customs and are being shipped, is it at all possible that we can receive the phones by tomorrow? Im hoping that Sprint LTE is active in Tri-State.

i have my fingers crossed since the pre-orders ship overnight. but if they dont get out till tomorrow i think they should def be in our hands by wednesday...

AKA: Wirefly, Bestbuy, Walmart, Amazon, etc...

My wirefly order still says 2-3 weeks to ship... Off course I didn't really expect it to change just yet.. hopefully tomorrow it'll say other SHIPPED!

pretty sure best buy will get phone a day before sprint direct orders. Its just how it works. They paid extra so I could pay less, $50 total in fact. Just saying....

I heard that Apple is in the process of buying HTC and Sprint so none of these phones ever see the light of day. My source is a friend who's girlfriends best friend's cousin's husbands sister is the grand daughter of Dan Hesse. That's what I heard though.

What do you suppose "droid" is short for?

droid is not Short for anything. It is the whole word. It is trademarked to lucas whatever and states that in in all advertising. Do you own a "Droid"? I own a "gsII" and soon to be an "Evo" all of which are "Android" phones but Not all Androids are "Droids".
Is that what you are asking or were you just being an "ass"? Because I can't read any seriousness into that.
