It's looks like that lens flare is going OVER your HTC clock widget? How is that possible if it's part of your wallpaper?? Am I just seeing things? haha.

Edit: oh judging by the second pic it's not part of the wallpaper. Guess you caught the weather animation at just the right moment

Clock/weather: One More Clock Widget
I got the clock to overlap contacts using Nova launcher.

Contacts, Twitter and FB widgets are from Android Pro Widgets. It has a whole collection of widgets meant to replace Sense widgets.
