My EVO is stuck at HTC boot screen. I did went into recovery and wipe user data but it didnot help anything the phone is still stuck at the boot screen.

I also tried to run the RUU but it keeps on giving me USB connection errors even though the drivers are installed correctly. Any assistance will be appreciated . Can I load rom's on to my flash card and recover my phone that way..

Sounds like you had a bad flash all you need to do is wipe your data you did and cache and dalvik and then flash a nandroid backup from when you last saved or a new rom put that on the root of your sdcard and wipe everything first but man don't any ruu if you don't know what's even going on with flashing trust me personal experience I've ran into alot of that last week and finagled my way out of my tight spot trust me if anything its your recovery image your using is not actually wipen when you are trying so if all failed then try to use a different recovery that you can flash in your boot loader the file will look something like pc36.img and then try all over again because I broke my first Evo using a ruu there alittle trick and dangerous

Longest most confusing run on sentance EVER!

Do you have HTC Sync installed? that should get rid of your USB errors from your other thread. HTC sync you can get at htc.com.

Then run the RUU after Windows installs the drivers.

Yes I do have HTC Sync installed . Dont understand everytime the phone boots it keeps on parsing sd.zip file and asks me if I want to do update or not.

It's probably because you have a PC36IMG on your sd card.... Which is what I told you to dl and update..... I even gave you the link to the exact one you needed..... Twice!
