HTC M8 stuck in root screen after installing wrong rom

[AC Question]

I may have just bricked my HTC M8 while trying to install customs rom (cyanogenmod) after booting it. I may have tried installing the wrong rom after wiping it. Its an At&T unlocked version and its stuck with the boot screen as shown in the picture and does not switch off.Please advise how I go about from here to unbrick this and install customs rom.
