HTC M9 marshmallow from Verizon causing WiFi to disconnect randomly.

[AC Question]

Updated my M9 to marshmallow when it was released and ever since my phone will randomly disconnect from my WiFi. Iam pretty sure it's not my WiFi. It stayed connected just fine before the update. I also have a Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and it stays connected just fine though it's not running marshmallow. Is this a known issue or is there something I can do to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu>Advanced, ​and see if there is a Smart Network Switch setting there. I know it's there for other Verizon phones, but not sure if it's on all of them. If you see it, turn it off.

Just checked and I don't have that option.
