Well I like customizing Sense. You can change the theme, fonts, icons, etc. I've changed the font, not that you would really be able to tell, I didn't want anything too crazy, and the icons. I tried a theme or two but I really just wanted bits and pieces of them. Setting your multitask view to card style is kind of cool, but I had to change my Chrome style to tabbed or something other than allowing the multitasker to handle it. That was more than I could handle. I don't really have much else but hopefully others will begin chiming in and I can use some of their ideas.

One thing I didn't find out until I'd had the phone for a month or so is the triple tap to wake. Everybody knows that when holding the phone in portrait you can double tap to wake. But if the phone is on a table, and you just wanna see the time you can triple tap to wake.

I don't care for changing the whole theme myself, but I find the change accent colors a nice touch. I find Tilt to be eye pleasing. I love the facts that you can hide apps from the apps menu and launch the camera with the volume button when the screen is off.

Make sure to turn off the snap a picture on wake feature for the double tap volume down quick launch.
