Yes I agree, but if it originally had the 2.3 ghz quad core processor with the Snapdragon 800 pro with beats audio then maybe I'd buy it, but for now I'll just keep my regular htc one. It's going to be updated to Sense 5.5 anyway so like I said IMO it's a waste of money.
