HTC one 4.2.2 uk users update

Any factory unlocked UK users received the update yet? I have not personally.

I understand these things take time but curious has anyone in the UK received it?

I checked today (around 7 hours ago) when I had HTC__001 CID but it wasn't available, only 1.29 was. I changed my CID to HTC__A07 (Russian) and I got it. So in short, no, it isn't available for the UK yet, or at least not when I last checked.

I'm running build 2.17.401.1 android 4.2.2 on my stock UK HTC One.... but only because I rooted, installed the stock ROM from XDA, then relocked and untampered my device using revone. So yes, I have it, but its a ball-ache to install if you aren't rooted or don't want to return to stock. I think the UK version is slightly different from the build I am running, but when it releases my phone should OTA it fine now.

You have 2.17 (I am assuming the Odexed version posted by mike1986) but the official 4.2.2 OTA is 2.24.

That's what I thought. I guess it will OTA when it finally arrives. I keep checking but it just says im up to date at the moment, like everyone else. And yes, it was the odex version.

Something's gone wrong? Can you elaborate? So has the update been released or not? All seems a bit bizarre.

As in i think its released because some people have received it but not everyone is picking it up.. Not sure why i just read it on the net

I am also in this situation but i haven't been able to get it back to untampered status. I need to send my phone back for a replacement and I am concerned they will refuse it if it is tampered status. I don't suppose you know of a guide to get it back to untampered?. I am new to Android and learning as I go but I am struggling a little with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You must return to stock to delete tampered... Backup information, Closed bootloader (relocked) and after run software your versi?n stock. Exe and this delete tampered when install stock... If it is anda DeV edition after unlocked bootloader again

Still don't have it. Not being impatient or anything but you would think HTC would have sorted this to release simultaneously, given how much stick they get for not handling updates well.

Hi ladies and gents, I spoke to HTC UK this morning, they said the UK update has definitely NOT been released despite what you may have read on other websites, the ONLY official source according to HTC is their Facebook and Twitter streams, everything else is plain rumours and uninformed guesswork. I asked him when he expected the update to start its UK roll out and he is not expecting it for another MONTH
