HTC One: Anyone else on AT&T not yet received KitKat update?

Give it time.. Mine is getting better everyday after a full charge overnight.. Since the update..

I have the same problem with my at@t HTC one... I've tried the date trick - didn't work.
The problem is that I'm not from the US so I can't go to an at@t store.
What can I do to get the update without rooting the phone??

If you can't get an AT&T sim card you'll have to wait until HTC has the download file on their website. So you can then select AT&T and follow the directions to do it. This is what I did for 4.3 jelly bean. But this also wipes your phone clean line a data reset so back everything up..

I have a unlocked AT&T HTC One, I use prepaid T-Mobile on the phone. Does anyone know if I can get the kit Kat update. Does it completely reset the phone?
