I placed two orders from Tmobile and both got cancelled shortly after I signed the agreement even though both times the customer service associate assured me that everything went through correctly. They charged my credit card though and now there is a pending charge of ~$141 on two of my credit cards even though the order is cancelled since friday. Needless to say if Tmobile cant even take my order when I am doing everything in my power to do business with them I am skeptical to think they will treat me any better once I become a customer. ATT here I come.
