HTC One Fuzzy camera

I've got this problem with my camera, that all picture gets fuzzy when i use back camera.
The camera is fine when i use front camera.

Any clue why my back camera is so fuzzy?

It has been this for a while.
When i got the phone, for a year ago(?) it was fine. But after a month i think it became like this.

Wow. That long ago?
So you've probably tried a factory reset since then, right? I think if it's been going on this long and hasn't been fixed it's probably a hardware issue.
Just to be safe go to your settings and go to all your downloaded apps and clear the cache for the camera and see if maybe that helps

Clearing the cache didn't work or it didn't fix the issue? If there was no data to clear in the first place then the cache wouldn't be clearable.
Try another camera app from the Play Store and see if the pictures are still blurry. If they are you'll probably need a replacement or to get it repaired :-\
