I have an HTC one running 4.4 and I'm desperate to texts and calendar info out of either the phone or the sync manager to my new nexus 5. The calendar is supposed to be synced to Google and to my iCal, but that fails too.
The last 2 updates (between the freezing and restarting issue last patch and now the forced lock screen of 4.4) have only served to make me hate this phone and HTC. I left apple cause I was tired of being forced to do things.
None of the transfer apps on the play store are working and I even tried mobile trans but it doesn't support the HTC one (the only phone it doesn't support).
Is there a physical transfer cable I can use from phone to phone or is there a way to pull out specific files from my internal SD card and Dropbox them to the new one? Any suggestions please...I'm at the point of throwing my phone against a wall.
