HTC One M7 stuck in recovery mode...

So my HTC One which I only got yesterday is stuck in recovery mode when I restart it just starts up in recovery menu also it doesn't seem like any options work in the recovery mode because when I press FASTBOOT-->REBOOT it starts up in recovery mode again.
So could someone please help me restore it I've read a lot of **** on other forums tried everything but nothing has actually worked. If you need anymore info I'll try to provide it.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you buy this from a private seller, or from a store? Are you able to bring it back to the seller and ask for a refund or exchange? It's pretty soon for problems to start cropping up, so even if you fixed it now, I'd be concerned that it's a bad sign for further problems down the road.

Do you notice any problems with the Vol Down button? If it's stuck in a pressed state, that might be forcing the phone to boot into bootloader, rather than booting normally.
