htc one m7 touchscreen not functioning and cant go to recovery.

Hello, i have an atnt htc one m7 that i installed a stock rom for and it works but the touchscreen doesn't. So yesterday i accidentally wiped off everything using twrp since i am new to these things i was trying to clean the cache but i ended up deleting the os too. So i found a stock rom that i tought would work and is compatible with my phone.(MID: PNO712000 CID: CWS_001) Also i have s-on. I flashed it and everything went good except touchscreen dont work. So i tried to go into recovery to wipe everything off again and rind another rom except when i click recovery my screen goes black and then a red warning symbol pops up over a small phone. Any help is greatly appreciated
