Htc one m7 verizon stuck in encryption failure need help

My HTC ONE M7 runs on Android Version 5.0.2 also running sense 6.0. The encryption process was halted and when the encryption failure screen came up after reboot even after I factory restart the device the Encryption failure screen comes up, however I'm still able to get into the settings part of the phone but nowhere else.

Any help will be gladly appreciated
