HTC One M8 not quick charging.

Hi all,

So I've got a HTC One M8, it's running on Android 6.0

I've bought an Aukey 18w qc3.0 charger that's backward compatible with 2.0 and 1.0

I was under the impression the M8 was 2.0, however the maximum mA it charges at is 1400/1500

It also takes quite a while to charge up, nowhere near the quoted times of 30 minutes to 75%

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the M8 forum. Are you using the original HTC cable? Have you tried other cables?

I would second that thought. I had a quick charge 2.0 charger stop quick charging, but regular charging was still working
