HTC One M8 Screen Repair?

Any tips for getting a cracked screen repaired? It's not major and is pretty much isolated to about 25% of the screen, but it's enough to drive me nuts until it's fixed. My six months are up on the free HTC repair, unfortunately. I've been quoted $200 by a local repair shop, does this seem reasonable or do you think I can do better?

I've seen prices vary from $100 to $200 for various phones. If they do a really good job and fully guarantee their work, then it's probably worth $200. I see a lot of posts here from people who got a bad screen replacement job, which can cause more problems (like with charging, touchscreen, proximity sensors, etc.).
