Htc One Max Camera Issue

I recently installed a scanner from the app store to do qr codes. After installing my camera nowmakes this noise and it will not focus as if it is still scanning. The app is uninstalled but my camera still tends to just act like it scanning. Any ideas?

I's it buzzing and does it look like it's trying to focus. From what I've read that means something has broken lose. On another forum someone fixed the issue by putting a small magnet next to the camera lens on the back of the phone.

the same problem with htc one max that I have now is the camera can not focus , and strange noises in the back , please for me the solution is damaged if henpone me ..... ? give me a solution....? pls contacme jeohidayat@gmail.com

Clean system cached partition if that don't with then ur front camera is prolly fried I had the same problem but my camera quit before I did that so I hope it's not to late
