htc one mini sense 6 red triangle

Hello.i have a problem trying to install sense 6.0 to my htc one mini.when i install it,at 1/3 of the bar it shows a red triangle with exclamation mark and then after 2 minutes it goes in sense 5.5.i downloaded many times and also factory restored me phone but nothing worked.i would appreciate any help

How are you installing? The red triangle is stock recovery
