HTC One Remix won't vibrate

I have an HTC One Remix through Verizon Wireless. The phone hasn't been able to vibrate for months now. I got it March 2015. I've tried clearing the cache from recovery mode, doing a factory rest, and repairing it through HTC Sync Manager. No luck. Anybody got any ideas on what to do?

Considering that you've done all of that, I'd suspect that the vibration motor has failed. It is a moving part, after all.
