Htc One ***tampered*** / **locked*** / ***security warning***

My htc one m7 has the same problem ill send pictures later but its says tempered. Relocked and is on s-off

Please help.. I press on recovery in the Hboot menu after unlocking the bootloader but it just returns to the fastboot menu, what to do ?

than i got the solution >>>
you need your Unlock Bin
you can go again to htc Dev
boot from fastboot
than do this >>>>

fastboot oem get_identifier_token
than this
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

you are unlocked again you can s-off than reback to stock if you want >>>>

when you are TAMPERED
and you tried to RE-LOCK
you will stuck in fast-boot - this is what happened to me too with my htc one max CID:HTC__621
and after a hard work i found how to unlock the re-locked

all you need is the Unlock.bin from htc-Dev
and run the fastboot
than write
fastboot oem get_identifier_token
than
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

and now done - you can go tampered again or remove or s-off or what you like to do >>>

Hey guys i know this is pretty old post and i'm hoping someone is gonna be able to assist me. I have an htc one m8 from at&t that's unlocked to use different carrier simcards. I tried to get my phone rooted which i think i accomplished, because the bootloader was unlocked and i hard twp custom recovery installed. in order to achieve s-off i tried the sunshine app, but then i got charged twice at $25 and still had s-on. so i ditched that. i am currently running android version 5.0.2 and software number 4.28.502.1. I am now trying to manual update to android 6. Was trying to do so with the RUU. but it would not connect to the phone. Read somewhere that i should relock the bootloader... using fastboot. which i did. Trying to up via the RUU again and it still doesn't connect to the phone. Up closer inspection i went into my bootloader and i get this at the top.

*** relocked***
***security warning.***

but the phone boots up fine i don't have boot loop issues.
Can someone please assist me with this cuz i wanna upgrade to Android 6.

Best way I found to get rid of security warning is to reboot bootloader from the bootloader menu. It will remove the security warning. At that point follow the steps to unlock your bootloader again from HTCDEV. then figure out how to re-lock the bootloader again without getting 1) re-locked as it should only say locked. and 2) making sure security warning doesn't pop up again. That is where I am stuck at right now.

i got stuck in this screen even i try to BOOTLOADER>FACTORY RESET. after i did some of the options in bootloader nothings has change still going end up of bootloader screen. if anyone who can help me i really appreciate ur help.
