Hi!
1. Like 3 days ago i updated my HTC One S phone system and i had some problems with my music player which i didn't have before update. I quite don't understand but when i run my playlist and put phone in my pocket after few songs player doesn't play next song. I have to push button to activate screen and next song start, don't have to unlock screen or something.
2. Also i noticed even before that sometimes when i listen my music and phone is in my pocket it just somehow put pause or even call automaticly last person i talked. I just don't understand how can it happen when i have locked my screen and don't even touch my phone. This isn't the problem i can't live with because it happens rarely. But still i wonder if anything could be done.
Hope that someone could help me with the first issue.

My phone randomly reset on me last night. Usually it just goes through the restart process and powers right back up. However, this time, the phone turned off and stayed off. Connecting it to a charger doesn't turn on LED charging light. I've tried the soft reset, hard reset, and now factory reset after booting to the HBOOT manual mode page. I select factory reset, begrudgingly, and yet the phone just locks up. I can no longer select up/down... Going to sprint tomorrow morning unless something changes.... Just wont turn on/restart/power up.... Batter life should be around 30-40%, so that is not/was not the issue... Any help would be appreciated... I didn't notice any posts about this... I looked through most

Just got mine today. Loving it so far. The only issue I am having is the capacitive buttons are not bright at all. They light up, but very dim. My one x was very bright. Its almost barely lit. Anybody else with the same problem?

They're not as bright as the rest of the screen, but they're not supposed to be. There's only two buttons and they are easily remembered.

Hi : several anoying bugs concerning the "Gallery" that I met :
- sometimes the "Highlight" flags that you can tap on each photo are getting mad and then the content of the "Highlight" album gets messy. Some pictures appear in this album, whereas some disappear. I though at first it was dur to the fact that some of my highlighted photos came from whatsapp but the bug still comes back after I copy/paste those pictures in another album.
- when building a "highlight video" mixing, photos, ZOE and videos of an event, you have to select up to 13 thumnails of content of every type. But when choosing Polaris or Vega I noticed that there are one or a few extra pictures - unchosen in the process - that are displayed in the final video clip. Besides, I'm a big fan of this feature and I regret the lack of options in it. It would be great to have the opportunity to change the display order of the
pictures/ZOE/videos and to choose the music from the local datase.
- when trying to rotate a picture, I noticed that I also had to flip and unflip it so when it is saved, it is at last in the right position. The single action of rotating the photo and save it doesn't work.
- finally, I also noticed that when using the "share" button to send photos or highlight clips through the Gmail App often result to a syncing of my Gmail account that lasts for loooooooooooooooog time, even for a screeshot taken from the phone. And with a good mobile network reception ...

Suddenly when i try to open my gallery----> my photos
What happens is that my photos appear for about a second then it takes me back to the home screen

Havent read all messages but if anyone has any solutions that would be great
My problem is when Im using whatsapp for texting, while the keypad/keyboard is visible, for about 1 or 2 seconds 2/3 white lines flicker where the keyboard is visible and this happens randomly. Is anyone facing the same problem? or is my phone faulty?

Contact your carrier about the repeat texts. That's not a phone issue. The button sensitivity issue is known and will probably be addressed with the update. If you have the dev edition then you can just reinstall the current software.

I've had this issue from the start of owning my One, but never noticed it until recently. Whenever I take a screenshot, they don't appear in my gallery, though I can see them by going into the settings and trying to free up space. Any ideas?

Actually they do go to the gallery, but they are buried and if you don't know where to look you'll never find them. I called up HTC and gave them a few choice words about this and they whole heartedly agreed with me. They have no clue as to why the screenshots are buried like that. I'll post back later tonight with a 'roadmap' of where you can find them....

OK... to find screenshots go to Gallery > My Photos and then in the upper left corner click and choose "Albums".
Now you should have a folder (album) marked Screenshots.

I have an animation bug. Certain animations, all of them tied to Sense 5, do not seem to work anymore. For example, when I'm in the lock screen and swipe it up, the clock doesn't appear to move upwards, it just suddenly appears on top of the screen. After unlocking, my home screen doesn't slide up from the bottom of the screen, it just appears. The animations for multitasking are gone (swiping apps upwards doesn't make them fade out while moving upwards, apps don't minimize and maximize). In the messaging app, scrolling all the way up or down the list does not cause the "bumping animation" where the messages bump into each other as if they are in a moving car that suddenly brakes. Also, sending messages does not cause the message to slide in from the bottom right hand corner, but that animation didn't always work in the past either.
I have no idea what has changed in terms of phone settings. The animations suddenly stopped working. I have tried turning the animations on in Settings > Options for Developers > Advanced, but that only seemed to fix certain animations (the minimizing/maximizing of apps when multitasking, and sometimes the bumping animation). I have also tried turning those animations on and then turning the main switch for the Options for Developers off again. That didn't help either (it was a wild guess). Can anyone help me? I know this is not the most important bug, but it annoys me, as I have gotten used to the animations and I grew fond of them.

I want to do a factory reset, but the backup service is currently unavailable, or that's what the phone says at least. It's curious really, because I managed to back up my phone earlier today. I know I could just use that backup file, but I'm afraid that since the phone says the service is unavailable, I won't be able to get to the backup file after the reset. Should I just go with the reset anyway? Or is the backup error something I can fix?

Is the lens clean? Sometimes you have to focus more than once (it can sometimes focus slowly) but I've never seen blurry pics.
