HTC One X phone doesn't switch on automatically after getting charged.

So my phone switches off after the battery loses it's charge. Then when I charge it, it doesn't switch on automatically. It's annoying to switch on the phone manually. Does this not happen on HTC One X phones?

The One X does not switch back on automatically if you plug it in after it goes fully dead. Never did for me.

No phone I've ever had switched back on automatically after shutting down on low battery, so it never bothered me to push the power button when I plugged it in.

It takes a whole 5 seconds to hold the power button and turn it on. Smartphones are convenient, but they don't cure cancer or do your homework.

He might be thinking of an iPhone or a blackberry.
