HTC One X : Wallpaper changes itself

I had a strange occurrence with my One X last evening. It was in my pocket with the screen locked as I was out mowing my lawn. When I took it out to check for calls, I found the "HTC Media Link HD setup" video playing. Strange enough. But, it gets even stranger! I backed out of the video and Media Link info screen to the home screen, and noticed that my screen background had changed to a different wallpaper! I could not tell you how many varying swipes and presses would have been required to perform all these functions, and in the correct order! For the techies among you, I'm running stock Android 4.1.1, Sense 4+, and using Apex Launcher. I've owned the HTC One X since June of 2012, and this has never happened before! While I'm sure I'm not going to get inundated with replies on this, does anyone have any clues?
