HTC One Zoe Error Messages

I just bought my HTC One yesterday and have been playing around with it trying to tweak things. When trying to edit a sequence shot in Zoe mode, I keep getting two different error messages. One is "Unable to continue because there are not enough images to process" and the other is "Unable to continue because there is a problem with the selected image". I have tried several different shots to see if I could get it to work, but nothing so far. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, any solutions to the issues? Thanks!
