HTC Repair turnaround time?

So my 10's nfc completely went nuts.
HTC said send it in for repairs. So I did. Motherboard needs to be replaced but they also need a part that is out of stock so here I am, over a week later, using a crappy amp2 as a backup until they eventually fix and ship my device back to me.

I have been waiting a month to get a replacement from HTC after my screen broke. Every week I call and they say the same thing "We are waiting on phones from HTC." This one of the reasons I returned my U11. I'm just not sure if they will stay in business.

They told me the same if I sent it in for repairs. I wouldn't have the phone for weeks. It took me two weeks to get the proper microsd card slot.
