HTC Test Phone to Document OTA Update Problems

Certified Like New, I think, for phones that were returned within the 14-day period. They have another term for older phones.

Yeah, it would have been cool, but I never really thought I was a good candidate for a test phone, anyway, even if they did ever send them out to customers. My reboots are very infrequent. It would be better to send them to people who have much more significant issues. But as someone else said, I too would think they do all of their own testing. Oh well, no biggie.

I hope they finally resolve your problem.

Thanks, but like I just said elsewhere ... I will actually be very surprised and impressed if the local Verizon network engineer does figure out my problem. Basically, in two different areas I've experienced either a data-connection loss or a spontaneous reboot only 12 times that I know of in 26 days since the OTA reboot. That's less than once every two days. If there was a phone I wanted more, I would ask for an upgrade, but I can live with this as long as they are looking into the issue for those who are having much worse problems than me. I'm really just trying to do my part as a loyal customer to help them figure this out.
