HTC Thunderbolt stuck on flash screen

I need help. I rooted my thunderbolt and flashed a ROM without clearing cache and data and it boot looped. I then tried to go into recovery and reboot. Somehow I have deleted everything off of my hard drive and SD card. I tried to download the source code to my SD card and zip it and download from SD to phone and it aborts it every time. I need to know how or if I can re download the gingerbread software 2.3.4 to my phone and restore everything. I backed every thing in ROM manager before downloading the new ROM, but im afraid I have lost everything. Can anyone help. Thanks
