After a month of owning a new U11 Life purchased direct from HTC the edges of the back panel became discoloured and the back panel became loose. It was as if the glue had failed. The phone had not been dropped and a cover hadn't been used.
After terrible service from HTC they eventually repaired it under warranty.
It's now about a month later and the same problem with the discolored edges of the back panel is occurring again.
Has anyone else experienced this?
