Received my sapphire one from Sprint but I can't activate it???
As in, it won't power on? Or the SIM card isn't registering?
it wouldn't let me activate it online but I chatted with the sprint reponline and got it working![]()
Just got the shipping notification from FedEx (I signed up for Delivery Manager), delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. I guess they gave me a free upgrade, since I opted for free shipping when I ordered.
You might want to check if payment got rejected. Digital River is known for this, if you aren't still for charged for 1st day pre order when it's already shipping for many I highly suspect that payment is declined by your credit card company.I am jealous, my card still hasn't been charged and I ordered on the 16th.
They told the same for me for my 1st day pre order even though I knew it didn't go thru because I never got an email from PayPal that I was charged. Next day placed another order, got immediate email from PayPal that I got charged so cancelled the earlier order.I chatted with them earlier and they said it was good. Maybe I will ask again just to be safe.
I know that's why you don't get charged until they are ready to ship but if payment fails to process they don't tell you or anything because digital River is crap. They won't say crap because the official release date is mid June According to HTC.I hope so I just chatted again and the rep showed me where they ran the pre-approval when I ordered. It said validated. We'll see.
