Buttery smooth, Pixel level smoothness at minimum. Sound is awesome, better bluetooth sound in my car compared to my Pixel, S8 or iPhone. Something with HTC they nail the sound quality. Great sound thru speaker as well, U Sonic is good as well but little on the bass heavy if you are looking for balanced sound. Only gripe so far is display doesn't get as bright outside and little reflective compared to the AMOLED diplays on Pixel and S8+. Very comfortable holding the phone without the case as well, but I may use the case it comes with if I'm going out. And yes the back is fingerprint magnet 
Took couple of pics, they look great as well but haven't got a chance to test out the pics that much. Squeeze works as expected but need to see if it fits in my daily routine since I switch between many devices so may not be natural to me.
Overall good first impressions from my side.

Haven't used that long too see if it's uncomfortably slippery, I feel I have a good grip but can see it can become slippery because of the glass back. Have to use couple of days to see how it goes.
Just got off the phone with HTC. Ordered on June 2nd. The rep said it would be at least 2 to 3 weeks before shipment. If no update by tomorrow I will cancel. I should have known better, but tried to save $50.
I ordered on May 29th and if it's already out of stock, I am not waiting 2 to 3 more weeks. Amazon also says may take 1 or 2 days to ship. How can it be already out of stock..

You might get it sooner...I just got a reply from them saying "you HTC u11 is still in posted status". Not sure what that means but I Google it and I think I can expect a delivery next week.
Be patient ,it will be worth itI decided to cancel and reordered through Amazon. Will be here tomorrow by 9 pm so all is good.

My phone is scheduled for Monday delivery but arrived at the local FedEx distribution center at 8 this morning... Tried to do a pickup today, which Fedex CS said I could do, but when I went to the pickup counter there, I was told that I couldn't get because it wasn't supposed to be delivered until Monday and was "still in the can". Grrr...
I ordered my silver u11 on may 25th, paid the extra 30 for overnight shipping and just earlier today I got my shipping confirmation for a delivery of Monday. Should I call and see if I can get my 30 for shipping refunded? Cause everyone seems to be getting it then or already has it

You could try, standard overnight shipping only gurantees it'll come the next business day once they ship. So technically they shipped today and you are getting it on Monday which is next day business shipping. You could argue with them that you pre-ordered so that you will get it on launch day which was today or yesterday? But the problem is the reps are clueless and they keep telling the phone launches mid June and will ship then
Give it a shot, if you get a good rep they may refund or give you some gift voucher to purchase some accessory.
Anyone have any luck registering for the Dots? The page comes up blank for me and Sprint Support has been no help.
The reps have no clue when it will ship. They told me sometime next week but can't say if they have stock or I will have to wait 2-3 more weeks. If it was not for 50$ off, would just buy from Amazon.
