HTCDev unlock bootloader file different for each phone?

Does anyone know if the file that you are emailed from the HTC Dev website is different for each handset? On other words, I unlocked my bootloader several months ago from the site, but my GF just picked up a Rezound this week.

Can I use the same file for her, that I used on mine?

From what I read yes it is different. That is why you have to put in you phones info and someone has not put the file in a dropbox somewhere and everyone just bypass htc

You can use the same login to HTCDev.com but not the same unlock_code.bin. That's generated per phone like NoYankees said.
