Huawei battery consumption bug?

I'm pretty satisfied with the battery usage of my mate 20X. However I noticed the awake bar is never populated, it's always blank. Meaning to me that the device is never awake? Lol. I receive all my notifications like WhatsApp and telegram when screen is off. Anyone care to explain why the awake bar is empty ?

Either it's awake for such short bursts that they don't show (doubtful) or Huawei isn't populating the bar even when the phone is awake. (When the screen is on, the phone is awake.)
