huawei p30 photos are saved in album folder

why the photos (from whatsapp, facebook, ......) are saved directly to album folder and not to photos? I can not see them in my google photos app?

That's because Photos only shows pictures generated within the device. From your camera or screenshots. In the Albums tab there is a All Photos album that shows every picture in the device regardless of the source, plus an album for every category, E.g. Camera, Whatsapp, Screenshtos, etc.
