Hi team,
My P30 Pro is stuck in a bootloop. Can't access the recovery menu also. So that factory reset is aslo not available. What can i do to fix this?

when i tried holding the power button and volume up buttons, device does not prompt the recovery mode. Is this error causing because of the device doesn't have enough power? (i insert the charging cable before i did this but seems like phone does not charging)

Furthermore i cannot force shutdown the device power button does not do any good.. Device is keep rebooting and stuck in the loop. only way i can power off the device is to remove the power cable and device shuts down when there is no power.

Then it's possible the Power button is faulty -- it might be stuck in a pressed state, which is why it can never be fully powered off. You may just have to bring it to a repair shop, or contact Huawei if it's still under warranty.

I have exactly the same problem... It all started when I was on call when my phone shut down and now I couldn't access it. It only opens when connected to the charger but the battery doesnt seem to get replenish and it's just stuck in bootloop. I hope there's still chance to recover our phones! :S

Power and volume buttons are free not sticking?

I got the phone fixed and now working as before. The issue is the Motherboard. I had to replace it and good thing i had my warranty intact. Lost all data apart from the few backed up data. In Sri Lanka this is the first case reported on a P30 Pro if u believe it. I updated the Phone software on Mobile data and i think it caused something to go wrong in this case.
