Huawei P9 stuck at first startup (2+ hours)

So I went to a Vodafone store today to buy a new phone and i got the Huawei P9 Lite model. We started it up there and it demanded a change on the system to change to Vodafone compatible mode, and after that, the phone has been stuck for more than two hours on a black screen with a logo that says "EMUI" surrounded by a black circle.

I don't want to do anything about that without knowing that what i'll do is 100% safe. What solutions do I have to this problem? Thanks in advance!

1- Take it back to where you bought it and ask for a refund or exchange.
