Huawei P9 won't show 'phone audio' & 'media audio' options when connected to Huawei watch 2

These options are shown in Bluetooth settings when connected to car. They have been visible when connected to watch once, but no longer show in phone settings. I've tried shutting down both devices, unpairing and pairing again.
