I accidentally entered a shady website, should I be worried for malwares and such?

I was browsing the comment section on youtube and instead of scrolling down I accidentally clicked on a shady website that lead to a website that changed their urls quite fast and opened to a site with a youtube video with a girl dancing, should I be worried for a malware and phishing software?? I have AVG installed on the phone and the scan didnt show a thing and I downloaded Malwarebytes and again no results. I entered the site from my PC since it is pretty well guarded for that kind of software and no viruses or malwares popped up.
I am worried because I do have some info on my phone that I dont really want to be abused, should I factory reset the phone or am I safe .

P.S I didn't download anything from the site , should I be worried?

You should be fine, keep an eye out for data use increase, battery draining faster behaviour.
