I am hearing a speaker crackling sound both on speaker and with bluetooth headphones

Samsung Note 3 running Android 5.0. Volume settings typically at vibrate

This happens every time I played music or watched a video

Solutions I attempted:
- Equalizer settings, only on my music app, not the settings app
- Blow into the speaker and suck out, anyone who is saying that works is out of their mind
- Restart phone, nope.
- Change volume settings, nope.

Have you tried to take volume setting off 'vibrate'? I always thought that the vibrate mode was for notifications not a volume setting but maybe your device is different. For instance my tablet is set to vibrate when I turn it off so that I actually feel that it is really turned off. It's not a volume setting.
