I am not recieving emails

I am not receiving emails..I can send emails and I check the PC and an other tab that I have an get email that I sent...but I do no get the one that I sent nor can get other emails from other senders....where do I start trouble shooting my wifi is working and I can get into the net

Ensure your account is setup in the email app, then double check the sync settings. Be as granular as possible with checking all of the settings. If any part of the email account isn't setup properly, you may have issues like this.

Called verizon customer care. They had go into settings to make sure that incoming was ok and and it was it was!! then I hit the ok/done and voila we had incoming mail!!! everything is working fine now!!!
