I am only doing a basic readback why do I get this error "S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054)"?

I downloaded the rom from the original cubot site to get the exact scatter file.

I added the scatterfile to sp flash tools to do a basic readback but it gives me this error.

Error:
Obtain DRAM FAILED!

Drivers are all installed on the windows.
I cant find out at which step I made a mistake.
