That sucks. Sounds like they're really clamping down on that now. They keep telling me that they're not allowed to do it anymore too. I actually called again this morning and spoke to a nice woman. She said I'll be eligible for an early upgrade on April 29th with the stipulation that I would lose the $30 NE2 discount and would be charged a $20 early upgrade fee. So, one-year contract price of $320 + $20 early upgrade fee = $340. Not great, but not too bad. I will likely do that, as it's better than waiting until July. Only a month and a half to go.... :-\
