I bought a Note 5 and it isn't fast charging?

hey guys i bought a note 5 and it isnt fast charging?

i have a 32 gb note 5 brand new and im charging for the first time with the original provided charger and it wont fast charge? is this phone broken?

how are you supposed to know if its fast charging or not?

FYI I read that sometimes the USB cable isn't fully pushed into the charger. That seemed to make the speed better for me.

I had the same problem this morning with the charger that came with the note 5 , I plugged it in with my Note 4 charger and it charger a little faster but I won't be able to check till later if it is fast charging , one other guy told me his wife's did the same thing and it ended up being the charging brick, I think mines might also be bad.

FYI I read that sometimes the USB cable isn't fully pushed into the charger. That seemed to make the speed better for me.

Pull down the notification area... it will say "fast charging" if it is working correctly.

Make sure you are using the provided USB cable or else it will not fast charge.
