I Bricked my LG Vortex

I previously unbricked my Vortex according to the instructions above on my Vista system with no problem. However, when I try to unbrick my brother's Vortex on Win8, the regsvr32 "C:\LG Electronics\LGNPST\Model\LGVS660\VS660.dll" instruction (in admin mode) returns "...\vs660.dll failed to load." I have researched all night and cannot resolve that issue.

I am currently in the following recovery loop:

Welcome to the LG Vortex->Continue
"Sorry! The application com.android.LGSetupWizard (process com.android.LGSetupWizard) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."->Force close
Select your language....

The Volume Up/Down/Back/Search buttons solution does not work. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I solved the issue by using the LGNPST app to restore to stock.
