I can get MMS messages from some people on my Galaxy S6 and some people I can't. Why???

[Android Central Question]

I have Metro PCS as my service and got a picture from someone one minute and the next minute I can't receive anymore. It says "MESSAGE CANT BE FOUND" I have tried
1. Reloading my sim card
2. Turned Auto retrieve off
3. Turned Wifi off
4. Set Restrictions to free
5. Restarting my phone
6. made sure that the persons imessages are off if they are using Iphone.

Please HELP!
